Park Plaza at 515 Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica is definitely the building that one should not judge from the outside. It’s a simple looking mid-rise building on the upper central end of Ocean Avenue. Upon entering the lobby you are greeted by a doorman and notice the nice fine details of the interior.
