With over a billion dollars sold in residential real estate, David Solomon consistently ranks in the Wall Street Journal's annual list of top 250 agents in the United States. In 2019, his sales topped $170,000,000 ranking him one of the top producing agents at his firm. Before joining Douglas Elliman at the beginning of 2020, David was a partner at The Agency where he had set out to join an industry-disrupting brokerage that would redefine the business of real estate. Prior to The Agency's inception in 2011, David had spent nearly a decade at Prudential California Realty, which later became Berkshire Hathaway, and was often ranked in the top 10 in the entire company.

Having grown up in the business and now being in it himself for almost 20 years, he has seen the ups and downs of different markets. Beyond just being in the business, David has been an investor in properties, advised on design, acted as his own general contractor, and bought and sold numerous properties on his own. Having done this, he takes extra special care of every client that he deals with to ensure and guide them in purchase or sale.

With sharp skills in negotiating, David has set numerous sales records throughout the city. As an LA native, he not only knows the city like the back of his hand, but has numerous contacts in all areas who can assist in buying, selling and meeting all of his clients’ needs.
