Originally built in 1964 as a three bedroom, it was recently converted into a two bedroom to allow for much larger rooms. Being situated on the 14th floor allows it to have stunning views of the Santa Monica Beach, Pier, Downtown Los Angeles and all the way down to Venice through the windows facing the coastline.
